Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 14 days if the product is unused and the packaging is unbroken. For warranty-related issues, please use our Warranty page.

Eligibility for free returns (14 days)

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and in resalable condition
  • Packaging is unbroken and all items are included

If packaging is opened or the product shows use, we may decline the return or apply a deduction.

Refund timing

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return
  • Bank/card processing time depends on your provider
  • We’ll confirm by email once your refund is issued

If your order arrived damaged, do not return it before contacting support—send photos first.

1Start your return

Contact support and include your order number, the item name, and whether the packaging is unopened.

2Get return instructions

We will confirm eligibility and provide return steps (including the return address / label if applicable).

3Ship it back (free if eligible)

Pack the product securely. Once received and approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method.

If you want an exchange, contact support and we’ll advise the fastest option (often: return + new order).
