We ship internationally with tracking. Dispatch may occur from multiple fulfillment hubs depending on stock availability and destination.
Dispatch & processing
- Orders are processed quickly after purchase (typically same or next business day).
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
- Carrier delays, peak seasons and customs may affect delivery estimates.
DDP delivery (no surprise fees)
Where available, your order ships as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning duties and taxes are included at checkout.
Where DDP is not available for your destination, import duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional fee.
